What to wear
When you come to your intro class wear comfortable gym clothes (we recommend sweat pants and short sleeve t-shirt). We ask that you clean off the bottoms of your training sneakers and bring them with you to change in to (we do not wear street-worn shoes on our training surface).
What to bring
Bring water to drink and a small towel to wipe off with (you will sweat, our training is intense!).
What to expect
During your intro class you will warmup, learn and practice Combative Strikes, and Self Defense techniques. You will practice on our professional-grade pads, and with other students. There is no sparring in our lower level programs, but you will learn the basic elements of dynamic, real-world fighting.
